i was happy with hotel's quiet location in a nice neighborhood north of downtown. very very helpful staff, gave a lot of tourist information. the room was more than neat and included a clean bathroom. location: the property was not far from loyola park, trnedy coffee shops and the metro and the beach and metrorail. and it was at a medium distance from le piano, ate there couple of times. loved my stay.

My spacious Queen Room was equipped with air conditioning, a blessing during warmer days. The cleanliness of the room was amazing, and I appreciated how close it was to both the supermarket and the train station.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was fantastic, just a short walk to grocery stores and public transportation. The common areas were well-kept, and we appreciated having a cozy lounge to unwind after busy days with the kids.
One downside was the difficulty in getting timely responses regarding entry codes, which caused some confusion during our arrival.

The daily cleaning by Maria was such a treat, and the second room we had was really nice too! I loved lounging in the cozy common area and checked out the game room for some fun. Just a heads-up, the locks can be a bit tricky, but it won't ruin your stay 😊
